Along the Tyrrhenian coast, in the province of Livorno, opens the Maremma, one of the most famous olive-growing areas of Tuscany. At 50 meters above sea level, south of Livorno, lies the Tenuta San Guido which stretches for 2500 hectares, of which 110 are planted with olive trees. From November to early December are collected, with the technique of stripping of networks, Frantoio, and Moraiolo Raggiola. The subsequent pressing in company with mills mills and pressing at low pressure gives rise to an extra virgin looking veiled and fruity, with hints of tomato and sage. Tuscan olive oil produced in the same estate where the famous Sassicaia comes to life
