- Vinification:Vinification in stainless steel vats for 15 to 20 days with maceration at 27 to 30°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
- Aging:Ages for ten months 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barrique and tonneaux of second and third passage. Bottle refinement 6 months minimum.
- Alcohol:14% vol
- Perfume:Intense fruity nose, marked by a sweet spiciness with notes of black fruit.
- Flavour:Smooth and
round in taste, full bodied and pleasant to drink.
