The Poggio di Sotto Brunello wine is produced with respect for tradition, in which the Sangiovese is able to express its infinite potential as naturally as possible thanks to natural farming and little interventionist if not in severity of thinning, and conduction cantiniere made of indigenous yeasts, stainless steel tanks to ferment but also oak, medium to large barrels and a long time to hone (4 years for Brunello), and no filtration before bottling.
