VERY IMPORTANT
The delivery usually is in 24/48 hours but for the island it is necessary to wait 6/7 days.
The courier can deliver the shipments from Monday to Friday till 5:00pm. We ask you to choose a delivery address where you are sure that the courier will find someone during the day for the delivery.
If there is no one to receiving the shipment the courier will try again the day after then, to have the wines delivered will be necessary to pay an extra cost of euro 15.00.
Enoteca di Piazza is not responsible if you leave a wrong address.
In the cost of the shipment they are included:
1. The assurance till euro 2000.00.
2. The delivery directly to house or to an address of job. If the recipient is absent the cost of return will be charged to the recipient and not to Enoteca di Piazza.
3. The possibility to demand the traking number in order to directly follow the shipment on the shipping company’s web site
4. The packing of the goods with appropriate boxes in polystyrene or in pallet for order bigger then 24 bottles.
